Jay Costello
President

Jay Costello has been active with Hill & Co. since 1980 where he began his career as a Residential Leasing Agent and then Sales Agent. From there, he continued his responsibilities as Sales Manager, General Manager and now, President of the Company. Jay is a native San Franciscan. He graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California where he was a government major and a 3-year captain of the Lacrosse Team. He has continued his interest in lacrosse and volunteers his time for a number of Bay Area lacrosse programs.
Eileen Mougeot
Vice President

Eileen Mougeot was a Top Producer with Hill & Co. Real Estate for twenty years. Over this time she saw every kind of market imaginable – buyers markets, sellers markets and markets where 18% interest was the norm. Throughout her career Eileen has been by nature resilient, resourceful and always optimistic. In 2002 she assumed the position of Sales Manager, and in January 2006 she was named Vice President. Earlier this year she was made a partner and part owner of the company.

Originally from Northwest Connecticut, Eileen attended Simmons College in Boston and the Sorbonne University in Paris. She lived in Paris for three years, where she worked and continued her studies. Eileen is also a board member of the non-profit organization, Ethiopian Village Schools Foundation, which supports local schools in rural Ethiopia by building classrooms and by providing desks, books and supplies so that children can receive the education they need in a safe and productive environment.

Kilby Stenkamp
Sales Manager, Noe Valley Office

As a top producing sales person Kilby has 20 years of experience in the San Francisco housing market. Kilby brings her energy, positive attitude and skills to the management team at Hill & Co., where she heads up the company's 24th Street office and mentors fellow agents. San Francisco is one of the most interesting, complicated and exciting real estate markets in the United States. Kilby's vast knowledge of the market comes from millions of dollars in sales and countless transactions. She's committed to understanding individual needs, and provides exceptional service. As a home owner and active real estate investor Kilby is experienced in all facets of real estate -- buying, selling, residential, commercial and investment properties, single family homes, condominiums and TICs. Her passion, hard work, dedication, expertise and experience give her clients, along with the sales team at Hill & Co., a competitive advantage.
Christine Windbiel
Office Manager for our sales offices

Chris is responsible for office operations at Hill & Co.'s headquarter office on Lombard Street as well as the original office on Union Street.

She joins Hill & Co. after a successful career in publishing, primarily with The Wall Street Journal. Chris was at the forefront of the Journal's international expansion. After working in NYC she was posted to Hong Kong, and she later opened the Journal's Singapore advertising office. Chris also managed the Southeast Asian region for five years. Chris was then recruited to London to develop business in Europe and parts of the Middle East. Upon moving to San Francisco, Chris managed the Journal's western region sales division for both online and print and grew it to the # 1 revenue producing region in the world.

Chris is thrilled to be a part of Hill & Co., where she's been known to say, "I like working with the best and Hill & Co. is definitely 'The City's Best'!"

In her spare time, Chris volunteers as a financial counselor working with clients needing to get their financial affairs in order. She also enjoys weekends at her home in Healdsburg swimming, gardening, wine and food tasting!

Khoi Vo
Director of Technology

Khoi Vo is Hill & Co.\'s Director of Information Technology. He has been in the industry since 1998 and he has a wide range of technology experience. Customer service related applications and infrastructure have been his most recent focus. Khoi believes in a systematic approach to understanding relevant technologies. He then deploys them to enhance user experiences and to achieve institutional goals.

Previously he held positions as a network engineer, systems administrator, technical writer, technical trainer and technical engineer. All of this experience enables Khoi to understand client needs at a very core level, and envision technology workflow accordingly.

Garey De Martini
Director of Marketing

With more than 25 years of experience in all facets of marketing, promotion, branding and public relations, Garey oversees brand development for the company and its agents. He is also instrumental in helping to create state-of-the-art marketing programs to promote the sale of client homes.

His career includes stints as manager in the marketing departments of the San Francisco Chronicle and San Jose Mercury News. He also served as Creative Director at two leading ad agencies in Silicon Valley, and was most recently the Marketing Director of another San Francisco real estate brokerage.

A native of San Francisco, Garey is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley. He met his wife Maria in 2001, and they married in 2003.

Lynne Fox
Marketing Manager

Lynne Fox is a recognized conceptual merchant with a successful career in merchandising a broad range of products and has a proven ability to source and develop merchandise with consistent success. She is a creative thinker and an imaginative problem solver. Lynne had been a selling agent for Hill & Co. in the past and rejoined the company in 2004 in her current capacity.

As a volunteer, Lynne has contributed significantly to the community at large. In 1977, she was instrumental in the development of the Decorator Showcase and was co-chairwoman of the first San Francisco University High School Event, which benefits the school’s scholarship fund. In 1991, after her diagnosis of breast cancer in 1990, Lynne launched and was chairwoman of the first annual “Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure” for breast cancer research. Lynne is still involved with the Komen Foundation and continues to work on raising awareness and funds to eradicate this disease by advancing research, education, screening and treatment.

Marlena Miller
Marketing Manager

Marlena Miller was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona in a home overlooking the picturesque desert valley. She holds a B.S. in Business / Marketing and has worked in the field of Advertising and Marketing for over 24 years. She relocated to San Francisco in 2003 to marry her high-school sweetheart. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and sharing this magnificent city with their two incredible children.

Marlena joined the team of Hill & Co. Real Estate as their Marketing Manager after enjoying 18 successful years of working with an in-house agency for an Anheuser-Busch wholesaler. She helped the distributor achieve a 65% market-share through multi-media advertising that included billboards, print, radio, internet and event promotions. At Hill & Co. she is responsible for overall direct mail marketing and assists in brand management, advertising campaigns and agent marketing.
